I have submitted MULTIPLE tickets AND created a forum post in the correct forum, yet I still have absolutely ZERO acknowledgement of a ticket for a issue submitted well over a month ago. At this point I'd call the company if I had a *** phone number. To be have an issue go on this long with again ZERO reply is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Who can I talk to that can actually get support to reply to my ticket? Even if it's a "no we can't do that," at least that'd be SOMETHING.
