Long loading screens, force quit, and long log ins

Was playing in IC tonight with some friends, barely anyone in IC, and we encounter 5+ minute load screens when traveling between the sewers and the districts. Had to force quit the game on this last one, and it took 5+ minutes to log back onto the same character.
