Investigations... can't change zone and templar bug

Hello,
1st of all thank you ZoS "We are currently investigating issues some players are having regarding logging into the European PC/Mac megaserver. We will update as new information becomes available." that makes me feel good
wont play today 
...

I have got bugged items ... ARMOR with WEAPON enchant and TRAIT!:

Now i was lvling my templar... and i noticed when u mix LA and jabs... jabs sometimes bugs and u can do nothing with ur character just move around ... even animation stuck at beginnig of jabs...
ofc after 2-3 seconds u can start using skills again ... but cant imagine what feel pvp player when he stuck at jabs and then cant even swap weapons or heal etc... CANT EVEN ROLLDODGE

ALSO if u logged in now ... DONT CHANGE ZONE or u will stuck in infinite loading screen! (now its 17 min already craglorn>grahtwood)
