Sure it't clear u needs to redo quest but DID THEY WROTE ANYWHERE THAT, WE RE BETA TESTERS?

Also having issues with this, it's stuck at ~4.6mil and not progressing at all. Filed a ticket with customer support but yet to get a response. Logging out and back in doesn't help, leaving the area and coming back doesn't help, etc. No way in hell I'm gonna do the quest all over again.

Feel sry for u... only way is redo it again and better do dailes coz unlocking armory req 12 quests - main quests re 9 + 2 dailies... u still needs one daily shared to fullfil req 12 quest

Did this to me too. Laatvulon at 25% I am NOT doing this quest over again. This same thing happened to me in Northern Elsweyr with the main quest line there to kill a dragon. Got stuck at the end there too. This is ridiculous.

18 hours on my ticket, no response. Boss reset to full HP but still dealing with it getting stuck at 4.9m.

Fix for this: You can't really die, the quest triggers are very specific. I recommend using 0 skills. Just light attack over and over again. When either dragon speaks, stop doing damage, let them RP.

If you do too much damage, they don't transition to the next stage and you get stuck.

Can confirm that literally doing nothing except light attacking worked. I even made sure I had my pet dismissed (I know, I'm a filthy petsorc char).

This is pathetic. How do you win the epic story fight at the end? Don't do too much damage. These developers really know how to screw up endings, amongst other things.

Stuck at 24% for me

I solved my problem by exiting the game completely, running a repair, and logging back in. When I returned to the game I found myself a couple of doors away from the final fight. When I got back to the fight (Yes I had to start the fight over but only the last fight) I used only light and heavy attacks so as to force the fight between the 2 dragons and won the battle, finishing the quest.

Just got stuck for me at 58%
Funny thing is, I did this quest all the way thru on PTS and had no issues =(

Can confirm the LA strat worked for me as well. I got bugged at 25% the first time, second time around I only Light attacked the dragon. Still killed the adds as usual though. It semes if you kill the dragon down to quick he don't have time to do the 'cutscene' bits witht he other dragon and it bugs him out.

First of all Spoilers for the quest right after the end of the main questline!!!
A slightly different thing happened to another dragon Joorahmaar but in that one at 25% he flew to the skies and summoned adds, killed the adds and then he decided that he wouldn't come down which btw is out of reach of anything (or at least bow). Stupidly I didnt screenshot it and now I'm trying to repair before relogging cause I really dont want to restart it.

This bug is still around. I got caught in it tonight. Not impressed they want me to drop quest and re pick it up but I don’t know where from so reluctant to do so. Plus it took ages to get to that part. 😏😤
