You would honestly think the first thing on the companies list to do would be to have reliable servers for their customers to use. More than anything else.
Eh, the servers in EU is just experiencing the higher amount of problems every time they occur. ZoS team always tells us the mega servers are the same hardware wise, so they really should find what is the component to the difference between them, because PvP in EU server has been broken even not during prime time (EU PvP players go play on the NA server, with higher ping they have better gameplay there).
I don't know if it is because they put more resources on PvP on the NA server because the population there during prime time is smaller, or the server room in EU needs to regulate temperature better, or to be cleaned or something.
Maybe they don't know either.1 -

Last time there was an update that resulted in a guild kick -it took that long.

"Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. This will give you an answer so far as Steam figures are concerned, which we were assured were typical of the overall situation when the Steam figures were down. They're currently less than in April when there was a free trial followed by a Steam sale, but higher than other times generally. There's a Covid factor at play of course, but the figures do nonetheless answer your question as bolded.
