i think its running with a datasette (for all those youngsters -> google it) - i can remember those long loading times in the 80s

You work very badly. The problems started on Thursday, what did you do? Turned on the queue. And Friday for what? You just sat and waited? Well, the situation has reached a critical point, are you glad that you rested on Friday?

I urge everyone to leave negative reviews about the game. Work will begin when there is a blow to the wallet and reputation.

Oh so i went away for an hour as the game was not working i just try to log in and i can't log in so it still not fixed it the weekend like???


Any update @ZO$ when will i be able to play the game i pay every month for to be able to play it?

theese are "just" some of the errors i experienced myself since the new dlc went live on monday and according to what ive heard from others, there are by far more errors, even old ones from the betha days are returning.
Since the event has started, theese errors became game breaking issues and prevent us basically from playing the game.

today the issues became so severe that you had to change your maintanace shedule and apply an emergency patch, on saturday, during EU primetime, during event, 5 days after you released new content.
During the shutdown, your patch notes said that this measure "should fix it".
after the server went online again, "it just worked" for maybe an hour....lets see how it looks like now
after the patch:

- cant login
- error 301
- error 304
- error 307
- error 308
- error 201
- no answer from server
- check your connection
- eternal loading screens
- booted for inactivity while in loading screens
- not able to use guildbank/guildstore
- severel connection errors
- extremely high ping during dungeons
- rubberbanding
- fallback to char menu and other login loops
- unable to join or leave group
- unable to change normal/vet group settings
- bugged mails
- group finder got rekt
- unable leave pug queue

theese are just the errors i experienced TODAY since the server went online again, after you applied the patch that should fix it.
so should i assume that you just dont know how to fix things, or do you just done give a **** about your costumers?


what shall we expect from you now?
can we expect that the event will be extendet?
can we expect some free goodies or crowns?
can we expect you to ever fix the game?

can we expect from you anything besides the same old void promises, the same old crownstore reskins and you just hiding behind ToS?
do you think you can still pretend nothing happened?
"the stupid costumers shall shut the **** up and just take what they get"
as long as "it just works"?

so answer me this one question
what can we expect from you now?

The problems imo started last weekend. Got worse after monday patch. Extra maintenance before event start did not work.
Event made it (much) worse ofcourse/obviously.

I'm also convinced now, at least part of, the problem is with monday patch.

I'm also not interested to join the current drama bandwagon.
Maybe later this week, if the server problems remain.

I would guess they don't want to issue an update until they have an ETA on their solution, or have solved it. Which is immensely frustrating but understandable.

Honestly, if the servers completley die, thats probably the only thing that would make ZoS get new servers, ever.

As I see it, today's timetable has been:

- "investigating connection issues some players are having on EU megaserver".

Followed by:

- better load the patch we had in reserve for Monday, cos we ain't got nothing else.

Followed by:

- "investigating connection issues some players are having on EU megaserver".

Which leaves me wondering just what they have in store for us for tomorrow... clearly the connection issues have not been corrected by the patch, so we are no better off than we were this morning - except now they know that the patch won't fix it..

I am not optimistic about our chances for tomorrow...
