    I played this morning but tried to log in now and keep getting told that my PW is incorrect although I am certain that it is right

    I wouldn't worry about the estimated queue time, every time I've seen it it's been nonsense.

    Tonight I got a '4 second' queue which I gave up on after 3 minutes, then I logged in again and was put in a '5 minute' queue which took less than a minute.

    Don't thank ZOS for acknowledging the issue and investigating it, because it's obvious. Free ESO event started, so we, paying players, can't login. And even if you log in, latency is terrible. So don't repeat "thank you", because we shouldn't be thankful for obvious statements, we should be apologized. I know it means nothing, but since we can't get the game fixed and every event is the same issuesfiesta, it's the only thing we can actually recieve.
