I'd say this is becoming a joke but I can assure you that I'm not laughing. This a repeat of Monday which means that ZOS haven't done anything substantial to fix this problem. This may be for one of 3 reasons.
1. They aren't capable of fault finding their system.
2. The know what the fault is but it's going to cost a lot to fix.
3. They couldn't give a stuff.

If too many EU players log on to the NA server it will crash just like the EU does. When that happens ZOS will have to do something.
The issue with a company is that as long as money is flowing in they have no incentive to improve. So stop throwing money at them, and that will force them to get their stuff together. I work in the Telecom sector and I can ensure you if an operator was delivering such bad performance like call drops at certain hours throughout the network, or core elements down for half a day it would go bankrupt in a blink of an eye. In my country you can get a decent mobile subscription for 12 EUR/month, so it's the same price as ESO+.
As with many players, what bothers me more is that this situation is not properly acknowledged.
Patching become a marathon (on their side) and a waiting/queuing fest (on player side),. that would deserve:
a) communication
b) its very own "personal" improvement road-map
Not yet a reason to quit for me - someone that has the game since the beginning, playing on & off through the years and now playing consistently since January.
I will keep on sending tickets and pledge to support keeping this thread alive, not to raise awareness (they are aware), but to voice discontentment.
