Voice chat on ps4 na not working

For over an week now voice chat channels have been cutting in and out! Area and guild chat a like!!
Tonight i was talking with one of my guildmates and needed to switch characters after doing so guild channels for my guild was gone so i couldn't continue my conversation with my guild member I find this to be very wrong in your sociable game can we please get this fixed sometime soon as with all of your other in-game problems sometimes people being able to communicate with each other on this game as friends is what keeps them here please fix this so we don't have to deal with everything else wrong and not being able to talk too our friends because that might just end all reason to even login at all

There has been an open discussion in PS4 tech support forum since August without much success except for being told to open a customer support ticket. ZOS won't acknowledge they have a problem as usual.

Group chat doesn’t work either, hell it even disappears from the chat list so you can’t even select it.

One would think that ZOS would have fixed the chat bug after years. But, it has only gotten worse.

We've been forced to having to use PS4's party system for our trial groups, because chat never works.

Ya lucky they maded it so we can have more in party chat sure has made it an lil easygoing but thats the thing with eso once you say theres an walk around to any issue they never care to fix the problem same gos for housing but if we was to find an walk around to something and use it its an exploit and you can get banned
