What server is on PTS now?

Just logged in - today being 9 October - to take a look, and have ... no characters. Not even my neglected NA character who is ALWAYS on the PTS because EU hardly gets a look-in now. I thought EU might just be copied across as the new DLC goes live on 21 October, but there is nothing at all. I was taken to character creation, and after logging out, had just that one newly created character.

How do you know DLC goes 21/10? I haven't seen an update yet

They didn't copy any characters over this week because of a problem during maintenance. You just have to use the template characters.

This part of the cycle allows us to create characters from scratch at beginning level, level 25 & end game level. You get crates of sets & weapons to outfit pretty much as you please.

It's posted on some dev post, they didn't copy anything this time, had issues, so we're only able to use templates for this week. If you look in Dev tracker, you'll find the post.

it's in the ESO news. Dragonhold will be available on October 21st.
