Summerset Collectors Pack (Crown Store)

I tried buying it with ingame currency but no one can gift it since i already own summerset (i do not own the collectors pack though)
And i really want that red horse since last year but i cant seem to get it since no one can gift it to me. Is there anyways this can be fixed?
