Hello! I created a ticket about a week ago and have been updating it every day to say my issue is still not resolved and I’m trying to be very patient as I understand there are so many tickets made every day. But I can’t help but feel that my ticket is getting lost and shoved aside. Is there a ZOS employee who could help me out?
