Impossible for new toons without fully levelled horse to participate in event.

I pity newcomers to the game, no way they can participate in this event outside of doing the Pathfinder achievement. Every WB and dragon in Elsweyr go down far too fast to even get a hit in.
Delve bosses maybe. If they spawn that is. A lot of the time, they don't.

Just pick one dragon spot and camp there. You can do the event just fine.
It's a pain in the rear to have to chase dragons all over the map anyway.

I normally do these events on low level characters. My usual tactic is to find an out of the way boss, like a world boss with no wayshrines nearby or a delve boss. If I know the map well enough I go for one with high health which always takes longer to kill. It is more difficult, but it works.

(As for why I do that it's because I'm more strict about following the story and doing things in what I think is a sensible order on my main characters, who are the higher level ones. I prefer to do these events on alts I use for specific purposes where it doesn't bother me if they suddenly drop everything to go 1/2 way across the world and camp a boss.)

Nah. Made a character on EU just for this and it’s fine. No speed, no armor, barely enough skills. Just sit at the dragon spawn near the tutorial exit. Some Khajiit school.

Literally did this on a room with maybe 6% mount speed. Got tickets first try. Dragons aren't going down in seconds, the fights are still reasonably long (both on NA and EU rn).

You don't need to kill a dragon or a boss monster to get tickets. It appears that any MOB you kill has a chance of dropping the tickets and reward box, so you could potentially get your tickets by running around killing jackals or other easy-to-kill MOBs. So be sure to loot everything you kill, no matter how insignificant it is, just in case it drops the tickets and reward box!

Pick one of the three Spawn locations and stay there. If they really do go down too quickly then the rotation won't keep you waiting long to come back around.

Pick up speed skill from the alliance war skill line. all u need to do is just teleport to cyrodill once. Found it to be very helpfull with a new toon.

No it won't, they will have a hard time running from place to place. But they can simply camp a spot instead of their mounts aren't fast enough.

I did that even with full horse as dragon was far from wayscrine and probably get killed before I arrived.
Next spawn a minute or two after previous is killed.
Note that later in even thing will spread out more

The way new players are utterly shafted by the rancid ‘mount’ system is a total disgrace.. Everyone at ZOS should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves that this is still a thing. These are the very players who should be given every incentive to get into the game and you are treating them like scum.

Watch as they trot at zero speed to arrive only as the dragon dies.. or try gallopping the entire length of Aridon to get to the Witches Festival on a no speed mount.. they might actually get there by the time the event ends if they ‘git gulloping’ right now...

Mounts should be born with triple sixty bonuses.

It's impossible with a fully leveled horse lol. Just stay at one site with the rest of the people, have some fun conversation and kill the dragon when it gets there.

Not just ports either. There were also groups riding/running across the map and I saw one actual 'walking' tour (running, not walking, but taking their time) with guides pointing out things of interest on the way between points.

What a BS. Just got pathfinder achievement and participated on 2 WB and one dragon, just moving around on foot, took ~1 hour, without mount..

Strange. I got it done with the first dragon that spawned. And why would I need fully upgraded horse while spawn camping that poor Dovah?

start by going to Prowl's Edge Dragonscour - kill dragon-wayshrine close so go back and teleport to next (fe to Sandblown Dragonscour) when finished either teleport to 3rd wayshrine or go back to Sugar Bowl then- Scar's End and travel to Scab Ridge Dragonscour

plenty of time even for newbies,when finished just teleport back to Sugar Bowl and claim price

Camp a spot if you have to. Also, once you learn a few routes you can get to the dragons pretty fast.

Generally, if you haven't killed a particular delve boss yet, he/she/it spawns as soon as you show up, irrespective of what the cooldown otherwise would be. That's a one-time favor per character per delve.

But if that allows anybody else to kill the delve boss twice in rapid succession, they won't get boss-level drops from the second kill.

Once you hit level 10 which takes no time you can pop into PvP and get rapids just for entering. I done that on all my new toons.
