I've never seen Maarselok in any of my death recaps.

Really? Seems like a fairly easy set to use effectively- more so now than ever.
Zaan combo vombo: lightattack+spamable skill--> Zaan proc--> undodgeable stun--> ulty--> spam charge or any finisher --> back on horse simulator
Counters: rolldodge - it's undodgeable
Move away - not counter because of charge
Block - cost too much in nocp
Los - viable if there are some rocks
Shades, cloak or streak - not everyone have
OutHeal - hardly if defiled with soulharvest
Shielded - partially viable only for mag char - cost too much in nocp
Stun - partially viable because of immovable, u can die while stunning.
Avoid ulty after stun - sometime stun bugged and can't break for full 1sec, eg. Fear
