I know the range to set targets off-balanced will eventually change, but what about the speed of the projectile?
Being able to set a target off-balance from 0meters won't change the fact that you can't hit 7 stacks before off-balance wears off because of the 2 second projectile delay.

    Don’t have PTS to test it, but if it works like pretty much every other stacks mechanic in the game, applying a new stack refreshes the duration. Projectile delay is still a pain point but shouldn’t make that much of a difference when it comes to reaching max stacks.

    Edit: this info is wrong, see below for correct mechanics of the skill.

    i was pissed to hear that they're "reducing the range requirement" bro it doesn't work with our class. just make it off balance enemies who are 12m or closer. and apply a similar change to SCR or make it do something else entirely.

    It's different- at 7 stacks the dot no longer refreshes itself, but....You can only apply stacks while the target is "off-balance" and "off-balance" ends before you can apply the 7th stack because of the 2 second projectile delay- a delay that wrecks the ability in pvp.
