You're comment is closer to reality than you think. We already know day 1 of pts what's going to hit live. Only small tweaks the last few patches even when the entire playerbase screams NO! [cough] DoT's are too strong [cough]2 -

Exactly the reason why I don't understand people getting excited about patch every Monday. Once the nerf hammer smashes your class to pieces, you can't put it back together with the same hammer! And this is the only tool in ZOSs toolbox!
