Do you kill guildmates in bgs?

Player was in bgs spamming crystal frags while i was fighting someone else i kill the guy i was origally fighting then kill the frags spammer turns out it was one of my guildmasters seconds later he kicked me from the guild,what was i suppose to do,are you suppose to let guildmasters do whatever and try to kill you?

Its great fun to recognize a PVP guildie in Battlegrounds. Usually, they kill me! In Cyrodiil though, we all play EP by the rules of the guild, so if I see a guildie on the other faction in our home campaign, that's a serious problem.

Anyways, sounds like your guildmaster was either salty or wasn't very clear about the rules of guild behavior. I'm leaning towards salty, since Battlegrounds teams are randomly assigned.

It's battlegrounds. If he kicked you from the guild for killing him he has no business playing any type of PVP. You did nothing wrong. Find a better guild.

In PvP if their name is red they are fair game. If the guildmaster kicks people who beat them in PvP, they are doing you a favor. You don't want to be in a group led by that type of mentality.

You're lucky that you get rid of such a pathetic guildmaster, if he gets offended by something so normal he doesn't deserve to be in charge anyway. If he seriously kicked you for just killing him in bg I don't think he'll have much time as guildmaster. Those type of guys always bring drama and salty behaviour.

Yup, and I usually tbag them so they know it! All in good fun of course, I probably wouldn’t tbag a guildie I barely know, but in PVP if you aren’t on my team then I’m gunna try to kill you. That’s just how it is.

Forgot to mention. I never notice peoples names in bgs. I rarely even see what they look like. My brain is more focused on just killing them or managing my own resources and completing the objectives.

So i very well may of killed friends and never noticed!

I am in BG guild and I am happy when I play vs other guildies because they are good players and we have fun games. Actually that guild was supposed to organize premade fights, we tried a few times but there is no enough ppl so now ppl play solo or duo.

As the other said you should be lucky that you get rid of that guild.

Guildmates are the best people to kill!

My kill counter lists my top kills and killed by.

Half of my top ten killers are current or former guildies.

Definitely in bgs. There is no choice. I dont in cyrodiil if possible.

This, you can not select who you play against in BG for one.

The point of Battlegrounds is to defeat the opposing teams. If your GuildMaster was on the opposing team, you play the objective, regardless. It's the GM's fault for punishing you for playing the game.

Do you have any evidence or reason to believe there was cheating? Or are you just assuming that people who you can’t kill MUST be cheating? Legit question. I ask because I have only ever accused one person of cheating when I first started doing PVP, and it turned out I was totally wrong and just didn’t understand how one of their skills worked. Also, how do you know they weren’t friendly tbags? They sound like friendly tbags to me.

My favorite thing is to kill my friends in games. I run with a Cyro guild now and one leader is constantly trying to lead all 12 of us over a cliff to our deaths lol

In past games getting into a match against your friend/clan/guild member was like a target painted on your back lol so much snip talking afterward and good laughs.
