Abilities and item sets that grant Physical and Spell Resistances now grant an equal amount of both as a singular stat – Armor – rather than 2 separate stats.
Many item sets that granted X Spell or Physical Resistance now grant .5X Armor. This was done to ensure total power remains the same, with less variance in these stats.
Passives that grant a unique source of one have not been adjusted.
Major and Minor Resolve now grant an equal amount of Physical and Spell Resistance, and Major and Minor Ward have been discontinued.
Note that this has not yet happened to Fracture and Breach or forms of Penetration

Are very hybrid friendly, but not optimal.
Thoerycrafting is fun, but hardly effective or practical.
Hybrids feel like they hit harder and can tank more compared to stam atm.
I would say dots do need some tweaking still (turned up) but overall. I enjoy the direction of the patch.
Great job zos! Hopefully the next pts patch works to tweak that final part.
-Magicka feels in a good spot.
-Hybrids actually possible. Great damage great healing, new viable weapon combinations opening up.
It does feel like we are going In the direction of Magicka, Hybrid & tanks.
Full on stamina needs some tweaks but I wouldn't be upset if hybrid took over stamina because it brings utility and class identity.
What do yall think?
I have some clips of my friend I could post making a proper hybrid templar.
It's weird being hit by dark flare, burning light, executioner and it actually doing good damage.
Alot of thoerycrafting doors have opened.

Nightblades get major sorcery and brutality too now this patch

As of Dragonhold, Sorc's Surge and both morphs has Major Sorcery and Brutality too.
Are we talking PvP here? But hybrids have always been possible there.
What precisely makes hybrids more viable this patch, then?
As long as the base level of the game requires choices between mag/stam. WD/SD, WC/SC, and similar areas in CP hybrids will always fall behind. While I think it is good options are available for those who want to play hybrids I do not think Zos needs to make them equal as it serves no real benefit to the game.

What's the benefit of the mag/stam divide?
