Ancient Dragonguard Set

Question for testers (unfortunately don't have the time myself) or even ZOS... the new Ancient Dragonguard set, that can be unlocked by the achievement/quest, will it be able to be attuned? Pretty much, can it be put into a guild house and if so, does the person who attunes it need the achievement?

Preemptive suggestion, if it can't be attuned, could that change? Maybe allowing it to be placed into housing, but limiting its use to only those with the requirements?

All crafting tables are tunable so I wouldn't feel that they would change it here just because it's locked behind the quest it's still a crafting table so you should be able to tune a table to it as well and take it to your home

I know that all can usually be attuned, but I am just curious... for example, Mordikain (sp?) was locked behind a quest and could be placed into a house, once someone had access... just curious if this set will be similar.

Sorta looking for concrete testing, pretty much because if it isn't attunable atm, I would like to petition that it should be, and if a compromise is needed, maybe just allowing folks who have it unlocked the ability to use it.
