Base Game flywheel to change gear/skills

This is mostly for us console plebs. We don't have addons that can one click change our gear and skills. What I suggest is using the emote flywheel, or half of it, to allow us to save gear and skill configurations to quickly change between encounters.
With these damage nerfs, justified nerfs given the ease of some content, it will become almost necessary to switch builds between fights to stay competitive. The one build style is not going to hold up and manually changing between each fight will take so much time if even possible. In vBRP the time between rounds wouldn't allow for manually changing builds even if you wanted too. Switching monster sets in vBRP is a risk.
Some achievements may need to be updated too. Certain speed runs on console are completely out of reach.
