My PVE magblade tooltips, trial dummy, standard build.

Conclusion - this values will make dots useless other then for utility and overall real group dps will fall 20-30%, more then that for AOE. AOE damage nerf in U23 was dealt with by "spamming" blockade and fire rune before their expiration. With cost increase that aoe spam will be impossible. To be honest I don't have idea what to slot on backbar...

Plz consider drastically adjusting dot damage to some relevant for PVE values, maybe pre-U23 ones.
