Entropy:
This ability and the Structured Entropy morph no longer grant Major Sorcery.
Decreased the damage dealt of all 3 versions of this ability by 50%.
Reduced the base cost of these abilities to 2700, down from 2970.
Degeneration (morph): This morph no longer grants Magicka back when hitting an enemy affected by the Damage over Time, but continues to grant Major Sorcery for its original duration.

Oh. Umm... Err...... Rattlecage?
By the way, anybody selling Corn Flower?
@arkmage1337 you saw that Degeneration still has major sorcery right?

This ability was literally just changed last update.
ZOS removed the passive +7% health while slotted from the Structured Entropy ability in Update 23.
Now ZOS is removing Major Sorcery from Structured Entropy. It is a Mage's Guild ability. No more Major Sorcery. Seriously?
Fine. But please refund me my skill points, then. This skill is now useless. Again.
What ways can Magicka Templars receive Major Sorcery now, besides from potions?
Trapping Webs:
- This ability and its morphs now last 10 seconds, rather than 5.
- Fixed an issue where the synergies granted from these abilities were lasting longer than the ability that housed it.
There is no point in testing dot builds. Obviously 1/3 of the power will do 1/3 of the DPS. It is more effective to spam light attacks than stack 3 dots.
Dots are now weaker than they were at the start of the last update.
DK is left with maybe 1 - 3 effective build options for PvP.
I am so flabbergasted by this design, I can barely think of of anything to say.

Why not stack the 3 DOTS and then spam light attacks? DOTs are exactly just that-- damage over time -- DOTs are meant to be cast and forgotten or applied and then re-applied later. One does not spam DOTs, otherwise they would simply just override themselves.
