Housing help - Can anyone make Elsweyr Shrines, Platforms, and Towers?

Been looking for the new, elusive Scalebreaker furnishings for a housing project for a long time now with no luck:
Elsweyr Shrine, Ancient Large/Small/Multilevel
Elsweyr Tower, Ancient Huge
Elsweyr Platform, Ancient Rectangular, Square
The plans for these are rare, prohibitively expensive, and the crafted items are often not even in traders at any given time (according TamrielTradeCentre). No guildmates are able to craft them, either
If anyone can make these (especially the Tower, Large Shrine, or Platforms), I can provide mats, tip, and gratitude!
