When I go there it wants me to sign in and then authorize (if I hit the authorize it takes me back to the 404 I got earlier). I'm assuming this is all because it's not available until Sep. 2nd?
It doesn't start on 9/2, it just says it's free to play now to 9/2.1 -

Because we are second class citizens to zenimax. Our ESO has always been just an afterthought to zenimax 😐 game releases a year later (most games releasing across multiple platforms don’t have such a big gap between releases not these days anyway.)
PC got loyalty rewards that console has never seen even a hair of. We don’t even get console exclusive content to balance this out.
We get twitch crates once in a blue moon and only 1-2 for logging in on a weekend, when pc have multiple opportunities to earn multiple crates per stream.
Now they can’t figure out how to give us twitch prime drops. (Not hard, Wargaming figured it out and gave console a chance to earn stuff from 2 prime drops, (still got the free T34 American heavy tank and the twitch prime camo on 2 of my tanks) since dropped it to pc only because console wasn’t a big enough market for them to give prime drops apparently)
Console is just an afterthought to zenimax, always was, always will be.

THANK YOU for these instructions, and also HOLY CRUD the workarounds needed to get this to go through were ridiculous.
I particularly love that after all of this malarkey, it sent me to the ESO website from my (already linked) Twitch account to "link accounts," with the notification that I would be redirected back to the Twitch site once my accounts were linked. But since my accounts were already linked, I was just kind of...in limbo.
Thankfully, logging in on my ESO account in-game, I found both mount and pet in my collections, so apparently if your accounts are already linked, you can stop jumping through weird hoops after that point.4 -
