There are armors that spawn various temporary things that charge at your enemy (a mechanical fabricant, a daedroth)
I dont recall any others atm

And an armor that spawns a choakthorn critter that heals (choakthorn monster set)

I forget the names of the fabircant and the daedroth ones

Mad Tinkerer and Maw of the Infernal are the two sets Katahdin just mentioned.
Also, the Defiler set from Vvardenfell spawns a Hunger. Shadowrend Monster set spawns a clannfear.

Off the top of my head,
Shadowrend, a monster helm and shoulder set procs a clannfear at X% chance when you take damage.
Mad Tinkerer, a 5 piece drop set in Clockwork City procs a fabricant at X% chance when deal damage.

Defiler summons a Hunger for a brief moment. There is that set from Wrathstone that summons an Ice Wraith that charges at your enemy.

I recently healed a group in which there was a warden with a bear (and of course also a netch), another bear from Selene procs, and a daedroth from Maw of the infernal procs. It got a bit confusing.

At least I wasn't healing on a sorcerer.

Do you mean Mad Tinkerer set? If so, it is a pure Magicka set.
