Good job to Zenimax on the changes to the multibid system for PC EU in the past week. I know that many GMs including myself were very stressed on the forums in our efforts to protect our communties, so it must have been tough. It's great to see the hard work paid off and the traders have returned to normal.
And more importantly, wax no longer costs 20k each

Well I am also fine with removing like 50 till 100% of the gold or as example items they own if they are worth something. The most important for a gm is, next to good economic management of a guild, to have backups/funds for bad times. So removing those depending on the extend of abuse (using if for buying up, trying to hide, amount of gold which has been moved around through qaccounts and so on) is as well an acceptable punishment, and I know such punishments had been used in the past already for other economic exploits. Its also still fair to competetors/competing guilds then because it reassures people, that those misusing power and gold in that business will gonna get a punishment, which readjusts competition for the fair players.
I just hope, once done, ZOS will also give something like a statistic of this fix, as they did with the AP-exploit from bleakers back then. How much gold got into the economy, how many people had been found to be abusing the gold, and which kind of punishments had been used for different extents of abuse. Some rumors were spreading through russian trading community, that one gm tried and did sell parts of that gold for 5$ and seemingly got banned while the buyers got that purchased gold removed.Edited by Dont_do_drugs on August 26, 2019 9:56AM
