Why wait till monday to fix multi crash in pvp?

We all paid for the game and lot's of people pay subscription for extra advantages. Why let all of us hanging till monday to resolve the crash issue?

ya, try requesting the server be shut down and patched immediately instead of waiting til Monday and see what happens.....

PvP is not playable at this time. For those that PvP, there is little difference between shutting it down and trying to play.....but less frustration if it's shut down and being worked on. It was idiotic from the start to put PvP and PvE on the same server physically.

If it makes you feel any better, console users will have to wait weeks for a fix when we get your current patch.

ZOS QA team: console servers won’t be overloaded and broken if they all quit the game in frustration.

If they cannot hotfix it they do not want to bring down the servers. People actually complain about maintenance, especially outside of normal times. They do not care about what is being fixed.

More than likely because they don't have a full time support team and the server techs and engineers required to push a patch are not available unless emergency for pulling the server offline.

You don't just flip a switch and turn something like this off and then reseat the ram lol. Even though they call it a "megaserver" its just virtual machines spun up in a server farm that they may not even have full control over....

If your website on a shared host is causing problems, go ahead and ask your host to shut down their racks to fix it, see how well that goes for you as well.

Do you really want a list of all the PvE bugs? Some of which take weeks, months or YEARS to fix? Yes, ones that block completion too?

@ZOS_GinaBruno we would love an emergency maintenance... This is unplayable and is making some of us just want to install other games

Um, I think you need to calm down a bit. I never mocked you, only pointed out that PvE has it fair share of bugs an a 1 week fix is rarely something we get. And if you're entitled to an opinion, so am I. You're also acting rather entitetld and show a large lack of understanding about how fixes are developed and deployed. Are we forgetting this is the same company that left Cyrodiil completely unplayable (due to the endless load screens) for more than a month last year?

ZOS clearly doesn't take any of this seriously unless it affects their crown stores sales. Stop giving them money until they start valuing their paying customers.

PvE is crashing too, not just PvP.

It's a lot of fun when you get to Navi HM just for the whole instance to crash and the trial be reset.

Hi everyone,

"We wanted to give you another update. As mentioned earlier this morning, we are testing a fix for the game crash that many of you are currently experiencing. If the fix passes testing, we are looking to move up the incremental patch to this weekend. We want to get this fixed as soon as possible, and are doing everything in our power to expedite the process. We'll keep you updated as we have more info. Thanks again for your patience".

I understand people have a right to expect a level of stability they are paying for. I don't play in trials, but if they were unplayable, I would expect an emergency maintenance.

Thats nice. You would never survive in PvE - unplaypable trials aren't "emergency" - only PvP is. When the game was crashing multiple times per hour for me, and others, it was a FULL PATCH before we got a fix. Yet you will find no posts screaming and kicking for ZOS to do immediately maiuntenance. And even if there were, 3 months is about as fast as we can expect. So please, try to understand that PvP has favored status and stfu.
