PC EU Cyrodiil is broken again?

I'm in an International guild, the entire group with members from around the globe has been logged out and cant get back into the PC EU Cyrodiil server.
Is it faction lock?
Is it multiple bids?
Is it the EU PvP server?
Is that you John Wayne?

Berserkerkitten✭✭✭✭I'm in, but it's utterly unplayable. 10+ minute load screens, enemy faction using battering rams to break down the doors from the INSIDE, camps not showing up, rezzing impossible, because the keep is "under attack", without a soul in sight or the keep being tagged. Like every weekend, really.Nobody cares about your endless list of terribly-named characters.1 -

Lovelocke✭✭✭So in today's Can Cyrodiil Get Any Worse, resources/keeps still retain the enemy colour after you take them, gates are open despite being repaired to 100%, keeps are under attack despite no enemies anywhere nearby, loading screens everywhere lasting 10 minutes or more, and desync so bad you die to an aoe you're several meters away from.2 -

Luckily the 10min+ loading screens mean you're almost out of combat by the time you're back in.1 -
