Respec Skill Lines for Free?

I heard we can update skill respecs for zero gold until August 19th.
I don't see an option to respec when I look at my skill lines I don't see an option to respec.
Where is the option to respec for free?

I don't see an option to respec when I look at my skill lines I don't see an option to respec.

When you go to the shrine, you won't see the zero charge until you get to the charge screen. It will say 0 gold. There is a shrine in the temple next to the bank in Alinor, Summerset2 -
