How are some people getting 50+ fps in trials?

Hello. Im trying to upgrade my rig.
I am running a i5 4460 right now but looking to upgrade to a new cpu, ram and mobo. I play this game exclusively at 1080p

I'm just looking to do more research on what people's builds are that are getting 50+ fps on trials before I start buying stuff. Right now looking at a 9700k and 3700x. Might even bite the bullet and consider 9900k or a 3900x.

It should be worth considering the technical improvements ZOS is pushing out will likely make the game run better on lower powered rigs, so you'll probably be fine with any current hardware. I'm running an old rig with an i5 4670k and a 780Ti and manage solid 60-120fps on all content right now at 1080p. Not sure how things might translate to your build, but if you get anything with i7 on it and you have a graphics card that keeps up with modern games I'd think you'd be able to manage.

Should note I'm not an expert; just thought I'd throw in my two cents.
