Hunter's Glade

Just popped onto the PTS to see if my hunter's glade is working, and also check a fellow guild-members Hunter's Glade.
1) yes, the pets are showing up
2) yes, the target dummies are showing up
But my interactive door (Akatosh Chancel, the one you get from sunspire) is still not interactive naturally. I have to leave it open in order to get through to the area past it. I have put this down to the Hunter's Glade bug as other steps I have taken to resolve the problem (removing vines, leaving space around the door, for example) have not worked.
