Video settings issue

Hey guys is that ok if i change video settings from min to max or mid to max or opposite{actually it doesnt matter} and it takes about 8, EIGHT minutes to load off???? And my addons not even installed.....

✭✭✭✭The whole shadows have to be redone. I read that somewheres on this forum. Depending on your PC, that might take a bit of time to do.0
