EHT FPS Dropoff?

Hi community! I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing a severe FPS decrease when using Essential Housing Tools? I've never ever had a problem, but lately when I port to houses where I'm using the add-on my FPS will literally go from 60 (where I am most of the time and is the max of my graphics card) to single digits. It makes me sad. 
I think it's definitely something to do with the add-on since if I turn it off completely the problem goes away. I've tried turning off individual components of the add-on but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I thought it might be an issue with FX, but I tried turning them off and it's the same.
Is anyone else having this issue?

✭@mayasunrising Sorry to hear that Maya. Question, does this happen in any home or only specific ones? Also, have you tried reinstalling EHT? And one last question, are you on Mac or PC?

Hi @R_K ! Well, I don't own a ton of homes. lol But it was happening the worst in my Mournoth Keep and Grand Psijic Villa homes and in general it seemed any homes I use FX in. After I updated EHT last night though it seems to be just the Villa causing problems now. It makes me wonder if there's specific effect/function in use there that's the culprit.
Oh, and no, I haven't tried to reinstall EHT. i dread losing all my triggers and animations doing that.

So it definitely seems to be something to do with FX. I just now tried switching off FX in my Villa figuring there was an update let's see if anything change. My FPS immediately went back up to 60! WOOP! Well, i mean not full on woop since i want the FX but, WOOP in the spirit of trouble shooting. I'm going to try to figure out if it's a particular FX that's causing the problem. Do you know if you've made changes to any of the older FX lately?

The Dust effect was the culprit! I just started removing FX one by one and once I removed all the dust particle effects I was using my FPS immediately went back up to 60 and remained there. I will check it out to see if there are any cobwebs in that dust.
