[Closing Arguments] Can we get some new threads for closing arguments before patch goes live?

@ZOS_GinaBruno Some of the hot topic threads like Jewelry Writs and Multi-Bidding are excessively long now, well into TL;DR.
We're not really sure if they are still being read. (If we could get some feedback on where the process is at that would be great).
Shortly prior to the final patch testing ends and before the patches go live, I feel it would be useful to have a few "Closing Argument" threads, where stakeholders can post their final reasoning and recommendations. To keep it clear and easy for devs to zoom through, all player comments on other players' submissions to the Closing Argument threads could be systematically deleted.
