Error 326, character locked.

Did anyone had this error before? I was "Booted from the server" while I was in my house, and couldn't login again. That was 6 days ago.
I sent a ticket to the support which I didn't receive any support, they replied after two day and told me that they "escalating my ticket to a specialized team" and that team would contact me soon. Five days after that reply and still nothing. No one contacted me and no one helped me. I sent two more tickets and no reply.
Has anyone encountered this before? Not to mention that it's my main toon.
