Can you look at arena weapons for being too underused? like the black rose bow, black rose 2 hander, asylum bow (only really good for some ganks), asylum dual wield, dsa resto with springs change, vma resto (further with mutagen change), and the various snbs? (I never snb so wouldn't know)

Like, even if you're wearing the 5 piece set that adds 200 weapon damage for every bleed you apply, and are using the black rose bow with that set, it's still beaten by the master bow.

Isn't the BRP bow poison damage now? If it was still bleed and having the bonus 1 piece that would be a nice combo. second thought deals more damage on range anyways and range dont got many bleeds

Not to mention it has a bonus based on range and the ability just got a range nerf.

Still can be maxed just a bit counterproductive by design.

Nah just leave vma snb alone. I use it backbar on some tank builds for easy stats.

The Master Resto was buffed on PTS, but I don't think it was ever noted in the patch notes.

Not 100% sure on the value but I think it was tripled (which would make sense given the duration changes), so it's something like +774 stamina on the initial cast of Grand Healing now.

Also, Asylum DW is actually not bad at all. If they hadn't screwed with enchantments strength on DW weapons a few patches back, Asylum DW backbar + Maelstrom DW frontbar would be a totally competitive setup.

Would like to see master’s sword and board get some kind of debuff for the enemy rather than a measly heal and resistance buff. This would better align with the skill line and puncture’s purpose.

Also while I’m at it, removing stat bonuses from old weapon sets then adding them back to black rose weapons was a huge kick in the nuts and is contradictory to the homogenization of everthing else in the game. Bring back the stat bonuses at the value of 1 normal set bonus.

Majority of arena weapons are going to end up nerfed in to uselessness because the drooling masses can't obtain them. (ie: either can't clear vMA or can't be bothered to PUG vDSA/vBRP despite how horridly easy they are with any group that can communicate even a little.)

I mean, it's already happening, so it's a matter of time before a random crafted sharpened bow or something is so marginally close to the arena variants that it won't matter.

Arena weapons aside, if this PTS cycle's notes isn't enough to tell you what's happening to this game on a larger scale.. then I'm not quite sure what to tell you.
