The best place to farm them is in the Forgotten Wastes public dungeon in VVaarrdenfell

Only the Grey ones will spawn the Iron Atros. If they're a Red one, they will only drop Wyrms or Flame Atros

There is a daily delve that provides them as well; I forget the name, but it's the one where you must put out the braziers in front of portals (now and again, they are activated, resulting in one iron atronach as a 'last mob' through the gate).
Hope this helps!
Only grey dragons spawn iron atronachs, and only two at a time. They will only do it while perched too.
More important question are the dragons grey, Blue, or Black. Everyone agrees the red dragons are red but no one seem to agree on the 2nd dragon

They're gray, end of discussion. I don't understand how this is even a debate, but I guess not everyone has a decent machine to play on (that's the only way I can rationalize seeing other colors, because colorblindness doesn't add colors where there aren't any).More important question are the dragons grey, Blue, or Black. Reread your own post a few times. Go take a hard look in the mirror. Maybe walk away from ESO for a while.themaddaedra wrote: »Just stop being that dumb dude.

Achievement where people feel is just a pure grind to artificially keep on hunting dragons can backfire as very few would want to keep on and repeat something that is nearly in contradiction to how large World Bosses like Dragon works: the are killed as fast as possible because of other the number of players which also have high damage (zerg mechanic) and other achievements that are built around this like collecting motifs and rewards. Grinding is by itself bad method to keep player to play content as it will reduce enjoyment of doing that content over time. You can see that there are changes in game that acknowledge this as for CS skill lines, content that are changed like how to get a complete Monster sets and with traits that can be changed etc.
When you have already 2 out of 3 achievement from doing daily dragon quests and running for a couple more, then that last one is just annoying to keep on trying to complete. For use that at least have an interest in completing achievements this isn't a good way to keep us from playing in a zone or do anything.

The ones in the (daily) delve do *not* count against that achievement!

Hm, I'm not sure that's accurate, but will double-check. I have 60/100 and I promise you, I've not been that busy on the dragon cycle.
