Hi all. First, apologies if this is not the correct location to address this, but have a question regarding a submitted support ticket (# 190720-003276).
After submitting it last week, I'm still waiting on an agent. I know the support team must be busy and my query may be further down on the priority list, but I am hoping someone could give me any type of estimate on the timeline I might expect for a final response?
