Please fix the Merciless Resolve Bow not firing issue....

So according to the patch notes 1 of 2 biggest issues is being fixed, namely the stack being consumed but no projectile being fired on key press.

Yup sure... happens all the time, so while that is great and appreciated, what about issue number 2, "Bow does not fire for no good reason (especially when you need it most)"?

Scenario 1:
Built up a stack.. cloak, go in and stun victim with Concealed,, standing right next to them, go to fire MR proc, NOTHING. Try again NOTHING
Enemy breaks free, starts scampering off... still only a couple meters away, press key, NOTHING.
Now he's a out of the MR proc heal range, have their own shields/heals running, after 3 more presses and burst window well gone.... NOTHING, NOTHING, FIRES...

Scenario 2:
You got caught off guard without a shade down, a sweaty templar on you, you can almost feel slobber and heavy breathing that goes with repeatedly pressing jabs while they are sticking to you like white on rice ,"huuu huuu huuu i got him... i got him huuuu".
For whatever reason that skill has you snared by 70%, casting Race against Time and then cloak does nothing for you, cos JAB JAB JAB.
You are rolling and healing your butt off, get a stack on your MR.... you quickly cast that BRP resto ward, bar swap (well try to). If you managed to win the 50/50 gamble that bar swapping is when being jabbed, you light attack into the bow proc to take advantage of that lovely heal they so wisely put on MR.. and big fat NOTHING.
Now you are repeatedly jamming that key through your desk top... NOTHING,NOTHING,NOTHING,NOTHING,NOTHING,NOTHING,NOTHING,NOTHING,NOTHING!

Meanwhile through highly skill full 1 button play that has you snared, prevented you from cloaking, the jabs are tearing through your light armor, stam's gone, magicka low, the enemy has procced their Skoria and Aurora's and you been provided with a free ride to the spawn/nearest keep.

TLDR: Why does the Merciless Resolve bow proc NOT FIRE, when there is clearly a full stack, there is clearly time left on the counter, the target is clearly in your cross hairs?!?!

Potentially exaggerated templar mouth breather parody aside, I don't care if I die, what upsets me that I was not able to participate with the abilities provided to me. #FreeMercilessResolveBowProc
