Austinseph1✭✭✭✭✭Pretty much all builds will have to be completely redone, anything with more than 1 or 2 aoe abilities will see as much as a 20% loss in dps without changing them to single target. If it’s a pet sorc it’s even worse news.2 -

@Gulnagel This is with a Khajiit instead of the recommended Altmer, but everything else follows Xynode's build. This PTS test parsed 38.6k compared to 43k I get from live. Depending on when and how often you use Mage's Wrath during execute it could probably be over 39k, but it's definitely about 5k DPS less effective.
This parse was self buffed with Elemental Susceptibility to maintain the Major Breach for the whole fight, but obviously does not provide the Minor Magickasteal.
Assuming no other big changes are made during the PTS, you will still be able to comfortably clear content except score pushing for the newer vet HM Trials.1 -

Iron Atro is 49k, but for some reason it doesn't seem to take Elemental Susceptibility. On the 6m dummy the difference between Major Breach and no Major Breach is about 4k DPS, so that could probably be added to the Iron Atro parse since it doesn't seem to provide the debuff itself.0 -

He definitely will, but it'll take him a bit to get a new write up and video going. While that's happening, this current build will still be effective even with the DPS loss which will help tide people over. 0
