ZOS : Eruption contemplation and proposal

Recently testing on PTS eruption, and not using it versus using it results in a 2k difference in DPS, which is pretty negligible and makes me wonder if slotting the skill is even worth it.

I understand the need for standardization, I accept and can respect but hear me out since this is one of my favorite skills and I want it to actually be worth it and useful

Proposed changes :

Make burning deal 20% extra damage with the ability like elemental blockade
Instead of snaring because that is completely useless in PvE and in PvP there are better options, maybe a synergy like conduit or spear shards, that would help healers who use cinder storm as well be more viable for healing, and also give an added bonus to being a DK over a sorc or necromancer which already has more utility in their closet for PvE.
Mountain's blessing is when you cast a skill, I propose change it when an enemy takes damage or an affect is cast on an ally every 6 seconds, as it is an 18 second DoT and it has 0 place being cast before that is over and no other skills make sense in magDK PvE.
