New player looking to join a guild

Hi, new player here looking for a guild to join (trading or crafting)

I just started playing ESO and I have never play elderscroll in the past, I did play some mmorpg (Archeage) few years back though.

I'm a casual player now due to family commitment and generally will be online for 3-4 hours per day(from 9pm Melbourne Australia time). If your guild is welcoming casual player and dont mind I'm taking a slow pace to progress please message/invite me in game.

There's a guild recruitment section on the forums. Try your luck there

They added a guild finder tool to the game quite recently, press G and select the guild finder choose your preferences and browse, apply to the one that interests you most.

I actually found guild list in game but couldnt figure out how to apply to join a guild?

Is that because I'm still low level? Level 15 at the moment, or maybe I overlooked, will try again when maintenance is done.
