Yes i know terrible butt i have lost it.

Can only login trough steam.

Want everything back want to play again. have submit already 2 tickets (they are sleeping) :( pls help.

    I'm afraid all you can do wait for your tickets to be dealt with, no one from ZOS on the forums would be able to help you even during the working week, much less at the weekend.

    @Nahtal, you already posted in General Help ... no need to make multiple threads on the same issue.

    This thread will likely get locked.

    Also, making multiple tickets on the same issue can slow down the resolution time with Online Support.

    if you pay from credit card - may try use chek from there

    My girlfriend had the same issue not too long ago as she was getting back to the game after a few years. She subbmited the ticket, then got the email from CS a day or two later. All you can do at this point is be patiend until they contact you and the follow the procedure.
