Wraithhome bugs/invisible walls

I recently joined PTS to play with the new houses and I'm delighted with the Wraithome (the skybox especially)! But there are some issues I wanted to share:
The railing on the balcony level is ridiculously 2D and looks very out of place with the rest of the home.
There is an invisible "column" of sorts when you come out of the eastern balcony portal. You can walk around it but there is "something there".
There are also invisible "boxes" of sorts on both balconies between each of the pillars as seen here. you can walk normal to either side but you have to jump over them in the middle.
