It's a buff to solo play and a nerf to group play. I think this is going to be fine considering that momentum needs to be used 1/3 more often and has not HOT. The cost to momentum has theoretically increased. It is hard to gauge how these changes will hurt stamina groups in pvp. I am guessing most stamina users will use resolving vigor, making it much more difficult to heal their allies.

As someone who recently ran vet Depths of Malatar with a team of four DDs, I would say that even vet dungeon part there is not a given. ^^ Even now most vet dungeons - DLC included - are 3DD material, and after the update, I think that healers will feel themselves even less needed there.
just sharing my own personal build with zero changes. Spriggan and 7th. medium armor. only changes i did is slot Volatile Armor into front bar together with my Seventh 2h Axe instead of with Master 2H Axe. yes this is a 2H/2H build.
Now, this isn't exactly fair because in pts I've proc 7th manually so I'm getting the bonus 350 wd for a total of 5380, while in live I'm at 5090 wd. in real combat however, combat log recorded on average 6k+ maximum, but it is a bit of rng because 7th proc with 10% chance only, while new setup i can keep it up 100% of the time.
also Rally in pts is screenshot at the highest possible tick (ran full 20 seconds).
hope i didn't miss any other details?

I'd like to know why your vigor on live is so low. In WW hide and BP and slimecraw mine is at 25k on live.
Stam Dks will theoretically be damn near unkillable with major mending and vigor + rally. Even on live that major mending is *** up strong. Other than that we will have to really wait and see how everything pans out. Don't forget that a lot of single target dots got a huge boost. These are massive changes, and its really going to be hard to say until it goes live and we have a bit of time feel it out.
