I really like the new changes for entropy and soultrap, they open up more build diversity for ranged stam and single target magicka. Im going to use both on my magwarden and soul trap on my stamsorc.
Diversity is very hard to accomplish. What will happen everybody shifts to the new best skills and the diversity is none existend. I do hope that with all the changes diversity will be a thing, but I don't have high hopes. If you want diversity play PVP, some can copy build and play it, but for most you need to work and theory craft to find the exact skills and gamestyle you like and is also effective
Well I play mainly PvP and that’s why I said diversity as these 2 changes have just opened up some new build ideas in my head and no not everyone will run them in pvp, a few will test them then some may keep it some may not but a bow build can appreciate a new ranged physical ability, a magden gets a new mag dmg boosted by its passives. I’m very very happy for these changes as they were both lackluster skills.
I don’t like them because they are op all of my builds are not meta or cheese I like to try new ways to play and these skills open that option, nerf the damage by 20% to balance it if there’s a problem but il still use them
I’m incredibly happy with the improved identity these skills have and I have been hoping for this improvement for entropy since the beta! I think they could do with a slight nerf to bring their op tooltips down to slightly below class-based skill levels, but I am happy with their new concepts as they now do enough damage / healing / or mag return to slot. Please keep these changes but slightly reduce the damage values. Much appreciated!
