Turn Evil should remain Turn Undead:
1) rip off of stamina
2)Low cost mass CC
3)bad for class identity.
4) BiS. Not even restricted to a weapon. One morph of Volley would make sense. Players flee arrow rain. There.

Turn Undead was being used for situational game play and it was nice.

The only change that might be good is to affect all players not just ww/vamp

    The skill was useless and been turned good, very useful and fixes a lot of stam specs issues.

    Ye sure. The skill was being used.

    So every Fighter runs DBS and now will slot Turn Evil and who knows. Next Silver Bolts

    What about minor protection and minor endurance.

    Now imagine this: a Templar throwing rune focus and turn evil. How much mitigation does he get? and a fear? How much stam is given back if he uses Restoring focus in that combo?

    I don't mean they didn't do it before, but now, from a PvP perspective it's quite OP and the cost of the combo doesn't even reaches the 10K stam.

    And I've not even mentioned the combo VoB + Turn evil

    That doesn’t sound op at all. What are you even trying to sell here. This gives stam builds like stam sorc and warden who have butt for stuns at least a chance outside of dizzying and reverb

    Turn Evil is so OP ima swap my Fossilize for it.
