Let’s have an actual discussion about this bug on PTS unlike the other thread that was hijacked. This better not make it to live due to being game breaking. It literally feels like you’re stuck in a negate and rooted and you can’t do anything for a second or two.

IAVITNI✭✭✭✭✭A large part of appeal for combat in eso is the fluidity and fast paced combat of the game in comparison to others in the same genre.
This change just slows things down, taking away from the games strength instead of building in it.
Obviously this was done for balance purposes but I’m sure there is a solution that doesn’t ruin the feel of combat.
