A large part of appeal for combat in eso is the fluidity and fast paced combat of the game in comparison to others in the same genre.
This change just slows things down, taking away from the games strength instead of building in it.
Obviously this was done for balance purposes but I’m sure there is a solution that doesn’t ruin the feel of combat.
Persona, if it wasn’t for the combat system I wouldn’t even play this game so...
