Just dump damage shields already.

After nearly every major patch drastically changing the way shields work it's time to throw in the towel. These abilities have been re-worked so many times it's unreal. Just nerf them one last time to not count if being attacked by a player. End this, it's actually making you guys look unprofessional, and gives the sense that you don't know how to fix this.
