could we have a cast time reduction to 0.8 instead of the +9% max dmg? i certainly agree with a buff to this skill for pve (also to be compared with the brand new silver bolt /shard + expert hunter...) but not in a way that promotes stealth-only snipers. (not to confound with archers using snipe because it's a bow skill!)
